Oh Hey! I'm Eshanee - Sydney Based Finance Broker
Like many of my clients, I spent my early career believing the only path to wealth was climbing the corporate ladder. Chasing promotions, jumping between organisations, and grinding for a higher salary.
By my late twenties, I'd risen to Senior Management roles at CBA, ING, and NAB.
On paper, it looked like success. But the thought of working until 65 just to taste freedom felt suffocating.
Everything changed when I discovered property investing.
I bought my first investment property at 21 and didn't truely understand what I was getting myself into. It was only when I bought my second investment property in my thirties did something in me really shift.
Rental income and capital growth offered a different kind of equation, one where my money could work as hard as I did, without me sacrificing every waking hour to a job.
I didn't have to choose between building wealth and building a life.
But the path wasn't easy.
As I worked to grow my portfolio, I encountered the same frustrating pattern, over and over again: finance brokers who were reactive, disorganised, or simply not across the details of what lending actually requires.
I found myself doing much of the coordination myself after long, demanding days in high-pressure banking roles.
Arranging documents, following up lenders, filling in gaps that should never have been mine to fill.
I knew there had to be a better way. I just hadn't found it yet.
Then came April 6, 2023.
An accident that stopped me in my tracks became the moment I finally stopped ignoring what I already knew: years of relentless pressure in government and financial services had taken their toll.
Something had to change. This time not as a preference, but as a necessity.
And so, from that date, April Six was born.
The name carries the weight of that turning point. It represents the moment I chose autonomy over obligation, presence over performance, and purpose over pressure. It was the day I committed to building something different . A client centric business grounded in genuine expertise, and a practice designed to give my clients the experience I'd always wished I'd had.
Today, I work with property investors and first home buyers, people just like you, who are using their 9-to-5 income to build long-term wealth through real estate.
I bring the inside knowledge of someone who's sat on both sides of the table: as a banking professional who understands how lenders think, and as an avid property investor who knows firsthand what's at stake if a broker drops the ball.
Because really, no one should have to work until 65 when there is another path available.
