With a nursing background I get how hard it is to get ahead and escape the rat race of working antisocial hours, overtime, missing important family moments and still feel like you are just treading water. I help the everyday person get control and help them source finance to meet their goals.

I'm Nathan McArdle, I started Blue Guide Finance after realising just how many people struggle to get the right type of finance. As an immigrant who arrived in Australia in February 2022, I found it challenging to understand all the different policies around finance and visas added another layer of complexity. As a nurse I thought getting a loan should be easy as there are many lenders that want to lend to healthcare staff. I did the obvious thing, I talked to some lenders and brokers, got confused and ended up maxing out my borrowing capacity long before I achieved my goals. I learned how to fix this and want to help others avoid similar mistakes. I made it my mission to understand the game of finance; and then use that knowledge to help the everyday aussie get the right loan product at the right time. I work across a wide panel of bank and non bank lenders to find solutions for you. Its my job to do the legwork researching policy, understanding your situation and negotiating interest rates etc to make your life easier by presenting solutions tailored to you and your circumstances. I break jargon down into simple terms so anyone can understand. My goal is to simplify the complex and help anyone buy their first home or structure a portfolio of investment properties without needing a PHD to understand what lenders mean in their product disclosure statements. Il do this with a smile on my face and guide you through the process :)
