Accountant's Letter

A signed declaration from your accountant confirming aspects of your income or business position, most often used on low doc and alt doc applications where full financials are not supplied. It is a lender specific form in most cases, not a free form letter, and the accountant must be appropriately qualified and registered. It supports an application, it does not replace the lender's own assessment.
