Centrelink and similar payments such as the Age Pension, Disability Support Pension, Family Tax Benefit, Carer Payment and JobSeeker. Whether a lender will use these in servicing depends entirely on its own policy and on the payment type, and some will use certain payments only where they are supplementary to employment income. Where a payment is age limited, such as one tied to a child's age, lenders often reduce or exclude it.
