Lender Panel

The set of lenders a particular broker is accredited to submit to. Panels vary widely, from a handful of majors to fifty or more lenders including non-banks and specialists. A term or product not on the panel simply cannot be offered to you, which is why panel breadth is a fair question to ask any broker.
