Package Loan

A bundled home loan product that trades an annual fee for a discounted variable rate, a fee free offset account and waived fees on credit cards or additional splits. Whether it is worth it comes down to arithmetic: the rate discount has to exceed the annual fee across the loan size you actually hold. On smaller balances a basic loan with no annual fee is often cheaper.
